    Coffee was traditionally roasted over fire for hundreds of years. This labour intensive method had been phased out due to modern gas burners being more time and cost effective. Our signature blend has been slowly roasted in a temperature controlled wood fired oven, allowing a natural caramelisation process to occur,
    producing maximum flavour form each bean.

  • Roasted Coffee Beans

    Our state of the art roasting process uses 100% hot air and smoke rather than direct heat from a gas flame, meaning the beans are more evenly roasted. This method produces a consistent roast, resulting in cleaner, sweeter, full-bodied tasting coffee.
